Featuring dishes: Fire Roasted Eggplant with Pomegranate, Tahini, Yogurt, and Herbs – served with Zaa’tar Flatbread, Preserved Lemon and Olive Chicken with Buttered Date Couscous, Beef Merguez Burger in a Pita with Parsley Salad, Sheep Milk Feta and an Aleppo Fried Egg, Charmoula Branzino with Citrus Fennel, Chocolate Halva Souffle.
